Ordered over 2 months ago, shipment never arrived, USPS tracking said the tracking number was created but they never received a package from the company. Customer service response was that it was “out of their hands” because it has “already shipped”, even though USPS didn’t have the package, and that they could refund me once I received the package, then returned the order to them (with specific instructions not to open the package because “then [the company] wouldn’t resell them.” Company cared more about being able to resell an order I hadn’t even received yet then actually getting my paid-for product to me in a timely fashion, or at all for that matter. Customer lost, permanently.
