I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order and get my money back?
We do not issue refunds once the order is processed or shipped. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money!
Can I return an item for a full refund
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless there are defects with the products upon receipt. Please inform us within 10 days of receiving the item. We are more than happy to help find a resolution for the issue!
Can I exchange an item for a larger or smaller size?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges. All of our products have measurements provided. Please compare these measurements in each of our products to the measurements of a garment you already own for accuracy. If for some reason the products are not true to measurements, please inform us within 10 days of receiving the item. We are more than happy to help find a resolution for the issue!
