Do you ship to my country?
Yes. We're based out of the USA but we ship worldwide.

What is the cost of shipping?
Free. Let us repeat that- Free shipping worldwide on all orders over $50!

How long does it take to ship?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Expected arrival times vary by location.
On some products shipped out of LA, they will arrive within a week, other US: 2-3 weeks | Canada: 3-5 weeks | International: 3-5 weeks

How are you so sure of quality?
We hand-curate, sample, and inspect every sku available on our website. Only after passing through rigorous tests (many cocktail parties and dinner dates) do we decide to offer those items. 

What is the return policy?
If you’re not 100% satisfied, we promise to make everything right. Contact/email us within 3 days of receiving the item and we'll refund you. All you'll have to do is send the item back.

How are you priced the best?
Check out our About Us section. At Super Gay Underwear, we work directly with the supplier to ensure that we are able to provide our customers with the best possible price in the marketplace.  In basic terms, we cut out the middleman and pass those savings onto you!
